On 1st July we start to have internship at Qiscus company. We chose this company because we knew they will teach us from nothing to be a thing. And at first impression we also knew qiscus has great people.
At first day, we had meeting, and that time we did not any idea what we should do. This culture make us more realize we are in proffesional area. So we listen carefully, Mas Delta as Founder Qiscus introduce us to all as intern and coworkes either. He also mentioned rules and policies when you were in Qiscus, for example you have to report your task using qisc.us before 8.00 am. more than it, you will get point. Moreover every friday is english day, who said other language beside english will get point too.
What happen if you have a lot of point?
Well , you have to tell whatever story using bahasa or english depend on the day. I assume this story should give an advantage for other. So always about technology.
I learn about open Windows Policy, from mas Aga. Basicly the idea is when a buliding had broken window vandalism happen easily, otherwise a bulding had not broken windows. He try to tell us this idea related to a code, if the code is not a great code it will broke easily, but if the code maintance well people will have a hesitation to break it.
How to reduce point?
You have to become a Techtalk speaker. Well this answer sounds impossible as intern to do it.
then we decide to pay attention and discipline more. We've been learnt qiscus web app, and using it to discuss anything. Including QA knowledge.
Second day, we learnt web client and how to use chocolatey and aslo using angular js as powerful javascript. The most greatful part is we having break a fast at Bebek Tepi Sawah. We played game seeking a wolf around citizens. That was fun. I can bring this game at great community.
